Love and Patience are the core values of education
It is the “educational philosophy” that I think has been in the education field for the past 30 years. You need to have a heart that truly loves your students so you can prepare well. When a wife or mother prepares a dinner to feed her husband or child, the kind of side dish won't be a problem if she's full of love. Also, the number of side dishes will not be a problem, Dinner at this time is not a meal, but a love.
In any case, I think that patience is the basic quality of a teacher. Every teenager's blood contains 'rebellious DNA'. Because of this ‘DNA of treason’, children sometimes stray from the road and wander through the alleys, sometimes shaking on cliffs. It is because everything in the world is not immediately visible. I don't like the sun rising in the morning or the moon setting. It can be annoying to rain, or angry to not raining. It is a time when you want to escape and twist without reason or reason. However, because of this “DNA of Rebellion,” humanity is also pursuing civilization. What's more, our children with this “rebellious DNA” are sure to discover a new self and return to their original position or desirable path. But the wait is a wonderful wait for teachers and parents.
Therefore, the value that Korean Global School teachers including me should have is love and waiting. We will teach our children with love and wait for them to return their place. It is the children's responsibility to shape the future, and it is also the reason for their existence. We will strive to become a representative Korea School beyond Hanoi.
